External Flash Selection

With the current top contendors of the STM32 processors, the H7 and R/S lines all do not have enough internal flash to store the program, and either only contain enough capacity for bootup or none at all. External flash is likely required.

Similarly, to allow for extended flash storage, a SD card interface will be added to load and store applications to load and run.
